Thesis Order Processing Fee

You can submit your thesis in one of two ways. The first option is to bring your printed pages to us directly. We will assist you with the binding requirements and complete the binding process for you. Once the binding is done, you can either collect your thesis in person, or we can arrange for it to be mailed or couriered to you. Please ensure that the grain of the paper runs in the same direction as the spine, as this is essential for the durability and finish of the final product.

Alternatively, you can use our convenient online automated process. This option allows you to generate a quote quickly and submit your order with minimal effort. The only requirement is that your document must be in Print-Ready PDF format—Word documents are not accepted. Once received, we will print and bind your thesis. As with the in-person option, you may choose to collect it yourself or have it mailed or couriered to your preferred address.

We use acid-free paper that is certified as carbon neutral and sourced from sustainable forests. Our binding process is professional and durable—each book is sewn and carefully rounded and backed to ensure it opens smoothly and lies flat when in use. We do not use square-backed books, which are less flexible and durable over time.
